Our process is simple – just request care over our website or phone, or via our app if you or a loved one is feeling under the weather.

Our friendly associates will ask a few questions about your symptoms and promptly send a team of qualified registered medical practitioners, including a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, to your home.

We can treat most of the below conditions, and help patients manage the side effects of complex medical conditions.

TREATMENT & PROCEDURES

Electronic prescription of medications to your in-network pharmacy, IV placement, IV fluids, breathing treatment, sutures, splint, abscess treatment, catheter placement, g-tube placement, work with our in-network imaging department and more.

How much does e-Cuido visit cost?

A visit with e-Cuido costs roughly the same as a walk-in UCA visit.

On average, most patients self-pay anywhere from (AWG-$) 75 – 175.

Dependent on the type of care that they request, either be a virtual consultation or onsite mobile visit by e-Cuido Team.

Who are the e-Cuido providers that come to me?

e-Cuido providers arrive at your home, including a physician assistant or registered nurse.

UCA staff is always available by phone for remote consults.

What if I don't have insurance?

If you do not have or we are not contracted with your travel insurance company, e-Cuido accepts payment of a flat rate of AWG-$175 at the time of treatment via credit card.

This flat rate is for onsite visit, which does not include medications administered, procedures performed, and any lab tests obtained.

Payment methods include credit, debit, Pay.AW digital payments.

How quickly does the medical team arrive at my home?

After contacting us, it typically takes 30 to 90 minutes for a medical team to come to your location.
